Metabolic Clinics

Specialist clinics operate to treat children with inherited metabolic
disorders.
The Trust also provides the usual specialist Paediatric Clinical found
in tertiary Children's Hospitals.

General Description

This laboratory offers a regional service for newborn screening and
the detection of inherited metabolic disorders. It also serves the
specialist Children's Hospital needs for Clinical Chemistry and related

testing.
